Sulpitac contains Amisulpride as the active ingredient which is an atypical antipsychotic used to treat psychosis in schizophrenia and episodes of mania in bipolar disorder. Amisulpiride works by selectively binding to dopamine D(2) and D(3) receptors in the limbic system.
